 Brian Anderson

Oh, this makes the entire night so much better!

Great, I'm doing dishes, and the guy I've been begging for all game comes in and makes a dynamite play that I don't see. :crying

Remember that thread I made about how opponents are able to bring in a Loogy to pitch to Podsednik, Iguchi, and Thome, and they can use that same pitcher for all 3 of them and get 3 good outs?

Yes. Email it to Ozzie.

What dynamite play? He just took a walk :P

OMG! what is Torre doing? recognizing when his starter is tiring and pulling him before he can give up 3 or 4 runs? I have never seen such a thing!

Wouldn't be surprised if it was a botched hit and run, but I have no evidence it was. Just the way things have gone.

You don't do a hit-and-run with 2 outs. That's 3 outs on the bases tonight.

No biggie...you got to be agressive. Brian can run and Myers has a long arm. BA just got a bad jump or something.

I really want to see a walkoff homer in the 9th. Give us some life.. seriously, let's keep it tied until the 9th.

Lefty in to face Podsednik, Iguchi, and Thome? It's already written, my son.

Iguchi going towards the 2nd base bag is about as worthless as a sack of wet mice.

Every game there is a Hawk Al Kaline reference.

I had a teacher named Al Kane (RIP, old guy).
