fathom
Crede's just a tad off right now. He's had some long swings, and he's dipping his shoulder just a bit.

WHarris1
QUOTE(fathom @ Aug 18, 2006 -> 08:15 PM) Crede's just a tad off right now. That's exactly what I was thinking. He doesn't look awful or anything but he just doesn't look quite right. C'mon Joe - good 2 strike hitter.

He doesn't look awful or anything but he just doesn't look quite right. C'mon Joe - good 2 strike hitter. Joe's back to his throw the bat approach with 2 strikes. I don't even mind if he strikes out, but I'd rather see him swing with more authority there.

Dick Allen
I wonder what Terry Ryan would be able to do if they actually gave him some cash to work with. Considering he traded a minor league pitcher who never faced 1 batter in the major leagues for Santana and got Liriano, Nathan and Bonser for AJ, this guy will be a GM until he no longer wants to. I was a big fan of his Castillo trade also. Castillo instantly solidified their middle infield and top of the order. They're doing this all with Stewart out for the season.
