Wainright or Reyes? (although i assume it will take more than one year of Buerhle)

Those guys are already penciled into their rotation for next year. I also think Reyes is extremely overrated on here (I can see why though after that one outing).

Reyes is overrated, but Wainwright is their version of McCarthy. I don't know why the hell they haven't put him in the rotation, although they are kinda tied up due to the fact he's the only guy in their pen getting any outs.

I wonder if we are in mack for the righties, anderson for the lefties platoon.

Its sad that our backup guys are going to get 300abs this year

It's sad that Anderson is the "fall" guy for the offensive struggles.

Not sure why we would be, since Brian is hitting .290 since early June and hit lefties better than righties. I guess it's a move to get Mack in since he's such a fine defender.

It's annoying to me whether he is hitting or not.

I agree, but we're in the minority on that one.

QUOTE(Dick Allen @ Aug 24, 2006 -> 12:30 AM)
If Buerhle doesn't stop giving up hits, you aren't going to get top prospects for him until teams get to look at him in the spring to see if anything has changed, and make sure he isn't hurt.

I think he still has a ton of value this offseason, no matter how bad he finishes. We'll just sell it as the fact he was fatigued. Why wouldn't anyone want the greatest lefty closer in MLB history?

Freddy is the face of this team, he represents us perfectly. Has long stretches of brilliance, but no matter what, you can't forget those shocking stretches of kamikaze like death and destruction.

Don't they have a decent hitter?

Only Chris Duncan, who isn't going anywhere.

I can't believe so many people are shocked with the way after he pitched in the 1st. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN THAT WAY WITH THE SOX!!!!!

Remember the Colorado game?

He's had quite a few games this year where he was bad all game actually.

Unexplained decrease in physical ability? :P

Haha that too. That part of it represents many individuals on this team, what I put represents the team in general. But both work!!
