"Mercury contamination is a toxic threat to food safety in Illinois," said Max Muller, an advocate for the nonpartisan environmental advocacy group, in a news release announcing the study, called Toxic Tuna. Soxy Posted August 30, 2006 Share Posted August 30, 2006 The trib did a series on this ages ago. I've never been a huge fish fan, but I eat even less now. Texsox Posted August 31, 2006 Share Posted August 31, 2006 All of our food is unsafe to some degree. The more we process it, the more we manufacture meat, the less safe it is.
