My Dixie Normus
Hey Josh Paul!!! I wonder if he tags the runner on anything in the dirt tonight.
iguchi=dank
Well.. all Jon has to do in my opinion is pitch thru 6 innings with 4 runs. That should be all this offense needs against Corcoran, he's really not good. It sucks balls Jon had that bad inning but our offense SHOULD score more than 4 tonight. damnit base hit again. southsideirish71
Paulie needs to work on hitting line drives more and stop with this pop up s*** with men on. He pops it up, then does the suicide shrug.

fathom
We just need our hitters to not try and make up the deficit with one swing. Corcoran will definitely give us good pitches to hit.

iguchi=dank
QUOTE(fathom @ Aug 30, 2006 -> 07:37 PM) We just need our hitters to not try and make up the deficit with one swing. Corcoran will definitely give us good pitches to hit. Unfortunetly Dye is pretty much the only guy that has power that still hits line drives and doesn't go for the moon shot HR 95 percent of the time. Crede is ok at this too. Most of the others we have been sayin this for what... 3 weeks?
southsideirish71
AJ has turned from the spray hitter we need, to the pull monkey of last year.
fathom
Nice pull baseball approach by AJP. That's his 200th groundball out to the right side this year.
Balta1701
So let's see, in order I get home and discover: 1. The game is on WCIU and not carried at all by DirecTV out here 2. The Yankees are down 2-0 on the Tigers 3. Garland spotted the D-Rays a 3 spot. That was a pretty spiffty 10 minutes of news.

QUOTE(southsideirish71 @ Aug 31, 2006 -> 12:40 AM) So far the first time through our lineup, our guys have their heads up their asses. Followed by the worst AB I've ever seen. Big inning here for Garland, as Tampa has all the momentum in this game.

southsideirish71
3 breaking pitches low and away, and Uribe steps in the bucket and misses them. Its nice to see the Joe Mays scouting report is in full effect tonight. Keep it low and away to our righties, throw breaking pitches in the dirt, and let the magic happen.
