It is a common fact that if in a jury rial you bring out the fact that your sexual life has been affected by an accident, that the jury will award you more money. Yes it is... its called loss of consortium. As an interesting social question, how much is loss of consortium worth to you guys? I mean, how much would you take to never have sex again? I've often wondered what juries discuss when they have a loss of consortium claim... If some drunk driver or other idiot cause me to be unable to have sex, I would sue and demand the earth, moon, stars and sun.
