Dick Allen
In an note in chicagosports.com, Brooks Boyer said the lower deck seats down the lines will be facing more toward homeplate next season when the rest of the green seats are installed. Funny, I thought the same thing while reading this.
The Critic
Bet it doesn't get as much attention in the CUBUNE as the Wrigley bleacher expansion, though...
Balta1701
Nothing matters until they put a hole in the outfield wall so that pedestrians can look through and see grass.
IlliniKrush
This is awesome news. Angled seats are 20 times better than what we have now...because with angled seats you won't have to look through 3-4 sections worth of aisles to see the mound and plate. FlaCWS
Angled seats is cool... another thing I'd love, but which won't happen, is to see the fences moved back (or made higher). I realize it might not be possible structurally but I think something has to be done. The HRs at the Cell are getting way out of hand. Philly made their fences higher this year because that ballpark was a joke, and I'm afraid the Cell has become a joke at this point. An absolute gem of a place to watch a game, but too small for the Majors right now. It would also be nice to honor the history of Old Comiskey which, if I remember correctly, had much bigger dimensions. Sorry, that's my vent for the night. I know it'll never happen. Hangar18
This is the one cosmetic change that will see immediate dividends. I know people that sit in those areas, and I hate sitting there and staring at the Centerfielder ................... Kudos, the SOX really are listening to the fans. Harry Chappas
I love to sit in these seats and stare at pods worthless ass. Now next season maybe someone useful will be out there and I can stare at Uribe's worthless ass in my fancy angled seat.

I had no idea you were incapable of turning your head.
