Texsox
OAKLAND, California (Ticker) -- The Oakland Athletics hope Esteban Loaiza isn't peaking too soon. The A's, who look like they are headed to the postseason, send the red-hot hurler to the mound on Sunday against the Baltimore Orioles in the finale of a three-game series.Loaiza (8-7, 4.82 ERA) has been superlative in his last four starts, compiling a 3-0 mark with a 0.29 ERA. He has not yielded an earned run in his last 22 2/3 innings.Loaiza shut out Toronto on August 23 and followed by blanking the Boston Red Sox over seven innings in a 9-0 triumph last Monday. I still think he was Kenny's best trade. Talk about buying low and selling high.
Kalapse
I don't cheer for players who put their's and other's lives in danger through drunk driving especially when they're going 100+ MPH in a Ferrari at night. But other than that, good for him.
santo=dorf
Esteban Loazia is not a model citizen. MY buddy was telling me about his 17 year old friend getting hit on by him when she was on vacation in Tampa. I wonder if she still receives text messages from him asking if she wants to go out to dinner with him.
