No way they (the Indians) suck as bad next year. The central is gonna be brutal next year.

That is probably the main reason why I'm not too confident about 2007. The Tigers won't be this good, but they will be good, Twins will be just as good, and the Tribe has a good shot at contending. Even the Royals won't be as big of pushover these next few years.

So am I the only one who won't watch a single game of the playoffs this year?

Nope, I refuse to watch. Everytime I see some team from the AL I will know that if our guys didnt play with their heads collectively in their asses they could be there, and they could run with any of them.

But take head, insert into anus, and call it a season is what they did.

I was also at this abortion we called a game.

I have one question, how does Prancer get into this f***ing game, but Gload who had 3 hits sits on the bench. Ozzie is a mope to the very end.

The only team I'll cheer for in the playoffs if we don't pull off a miracle is the Dodgers.

I don't know about cheer, but I probably wouldn't mind the Yankees winning it all due to living in Boston, and the whole misery loves company thing.

Cause he's the F***ing manager, and he'll make the F***ing lineup!

Well s***. Fields comes in an hits a bomb, the "stars" come up and they cant hit s***.

exactly... the sox bats have pressed so much and haven't done anything...

though the pitching failed us this season, the bats have failed us over the last two weeks.

How ironic that there's a host of Sox and Cubs castoffs probably heading to the post-season.

Dodgers: Maddux and Nomar

Tigers: Magglio

A's: Frank Thomas

Yankees: Farnsworth

I agree with Klaus that I'm tired of Minnesota and their awful stadium. If I had to pick somebody to root for it'll be for the Tigers, because they're midwest, they've had a season to deserve it, and I sure ain't pulling for the Yankees.

They're everything we were last year. Even had the September swoon! Freaky!

Root for Detroit? Kill me first.

How about we keep out team as is nd let them finish off the season afterall thats why they are being paid for. Never know we might still make a run for it.

And guess what. I will be cheering my Sox til the end of the season. Just like I have for the past 28 yrs. regardles of how crappy they payed.

An article in the tribune coming out tomorrow makes it sound like KW is pissed at Ozzie and Cooper for the way the Sox pitched to Frank Thomas last weekend. Good for you KW....those guys aren't earning their paychecks this year.

Yes.. good KW. Keep on b****ing and moaning about something that means nothing once the last out is recorded...

Yawn...

Work on fixing things at home and shut your effing mouth about Frank until it's to give him your congrats when he picks up the come back player of the year award.

Of course it's dumb for KW to finally speak up, just because it was Frank that came back to haunt his team. However, I do like that finally someone has called out our pitchers/catchers/pitching coach/Ozzie on the pitch selection we've seen this year.

He's had at least 20 opportunities to do so. STFU about Frank. It makes him look like the petty kitty he is.

Did you see the new Ozzie/Ordonez pissing contest? I haven't seen any posts regarding it, but it's another situation that makes me sick. Now, that's twice in the last two weeks where Ozzie tried to say that two of the greatest players in Sox history weren't great baseball players when they were here.

Nope, and have no desire to.
