cwsox
I've never had tickets to All Star stuff before so I am psyched to get this stuff! The tickets are rather ugly though - the graphics designer should be disciplined for such ugly tickets Enjoy the game--Where are your seats? I will be in town during All Star weekend, so I checked out ticket prices on Ebay and nearly threwup. The going prices are obscene. And for seats in like section 550, location doesn't matter for the All-Star game, but paying in the thousands (yes, thousands for the entire event thing for 2 people) for those sections is a little ridiculous for my wallet to cough up. Umm.. you mean thank you Joe Torre, Michelle. He's the one that told Bud "we got no more pitchers, we can't play anymore". You can't blame him, Pinnella would have squeezed out his neck like a wash rag if Garcia had hurt himself.
Steff
You can't blame him, Pinnella would have squeezed out his neck like a wash rag if Garcia had hurt himself. Torre said it first. Lou agreed but he was not out there whining about it. Torre is a b****. George's b****! He must use 100,000 tubes of chapstick a season. Opera and UM suck!!! I'd rather have a Metallica concert ticket and Blackhawks tickets myself!!!
cwsox
opera is great - ask HSC, she went with me last season to one - UM has enough fans so I am not too concerned about your lack of interest there and you wouldn't like it here, in my house we refer to "scoring" as "Yzermaning" oh, and Metalica is not one of my favorite bands - you'll have to get RPS to spring for those tickets! I do have extra tickets for Missy Elliot, 50 cent and Eminem on the Sunday before the all star game - I'll miss the futures thing but it is Em's only concert of the year if I tossed in trips to Windsor casinos and strip bars, would it be a more appealing offer? 1549
opera tickets Eminem tickes UM football tickets SoxFest tickets - and staying at the Hyatt tailgating with the bestest Sox fans in the whole world! Eminem and Opera...hmmm. That is quite a variety. I like Eminem, but Opera...uh well not so much. Actually I like that blind Italian guy, the tenor. Its too bad I don't understand any of his songs. damn language barrier. btw, what do you think of tressels new contract? I am so proud of how we recruited out of Ohio, that I say Tressel is fired before his contract is up, well maybe they will just let him go when it is up. Either way, Michigan will lay a smack down on OSU this season, I can feel it. And I turned your sig picture into my wallpaper. The size readjusted nicely
FlaSoxxJim
Happily, I got home and also found A-S ticket strips in the mail. I think thy look kind of cool, not too ugly, black and silver are prominent colors, etc. I do see from the insert material that there will be no cash parking in the lots that day. What do you think the chances are that the tocket office still has parking coupons for sale? When I make it in for Sox games I'm usually happy to Red line it up to the park, but I may have a hard time convincing my Dad to do the same... I have no intention of driving for those games -- the el all the way -- a lot of out of towners and a full house - I'll be back at the Rosemont stop, in my car, and home-away-from-home in Glenview before you'd be out of the parking lot. take the el

The size readjusted nicely Andrea Bocelli - for opera fans, he is opera lite but a good introduction to the main thing - opera is fantastic, don't need to know the words, just listen for the emotion and when you decide to go to one for real, let me know and I'll suggest some great first operas to see - and some to avoid util you've been to a few - in the meantime, Bocelli is fine to listen to as an intro everyone puts opera down who hasn't gone - it is an unbelivable musical experience - and since they are all about sex, pretty cool, too! tell me again where you are and I'll get the season schedule for your closest decent opera company - I like all music as long as it is good - too many people pigeon hole themselves in one or two genres - give me all of it I accept the compliment of using my sig for your wall paper - I am honored I got tickets for OSU, Purdue, and one non conferance game, forget which - I am a partial seasons ticket holder at UM - I think we may be very, very good this year, maybe better than that. Just depends on Navarre continuing his upward trend on the improvement scale as well as who backs up Chris Perry -- otherwise, we are solid Go Blue! FlaSoxxJim
I grew up taking the Ryan up from Beverly for Sox games, and now when I come home my Dad looks at me like I'm nuts for wanting to do the same. But to avoid traffic, parking fees, and having to drive after a beer or three, it's a bargain. I guess now that Dad's getting up there he would rather be stuck in traffic in his Caddy than be actually getting somewhere on CTA. Maybe it's the climate control...
