BHAMBARONS
Finally snagged a ticket for the MNF game on Monday here in Glendale. I will have to leave right from work at 4:00 though because of rush hour Phoenix Traffic and game day traffic on the 101. Then I will stay at my Aunt's house which is only 1 1/2 miles away in fact I can see the stadium from her house. As you can tell I am pumped
Brian
Funny thing is, I could do the sam ething and fly out there and stay at my parents but won't...or should I?
BHAMBARONS
Thing is I only live 30 miles from the stadium but Traffic doens't flow well through there yet so I will only drive the mile and half. Once all the streets around the stadium are finished that will lead to more access to the 101 and to the I-
Chisoxfn
I had this date booked on my calendar, but too early in my new career to use a PTO. I guess I'll just save it and use the money I would have spent on super bowl gear

I remember getting off the plane at 2 p.m on a Thursday and the I-10 heading West was pretty much stopped. Have a great time though BHAM, should be a great spectacle. BHAMBARONS
QUOTE(Leonard Zelig @ Oct 10, 2006 -> 09:24 PM) Where is the new stadium? I used to live in Tempe about a mile from Sun Devil Stadium. It is in Glendale off the 101. I take 10 West to the 101 then exit 9 which is Glendale Avenue. It is right next to the Coyotes arena as well.

If they don't get the offensive ends to start protecting Leinart it will be a cake walk for the BEARS! I am looking forward to it.

BHAMBARONS
Wow that was some game first MNF game I have ever been to was most likely the strangest game I have seen. Lienart threw for 250 and two scores the defense gets 6 turnovers only allows 3 points loses the game 24-23. The Atmosphere was tremendous until the last 48 seconds and Denny Green's chances of holding his job are most likely gone. It will interesting to hear the sport talk shows tomorrow morning. Bears are now 6-0!

Bears are now 6-0! Green was hysterical on the post game interview. Though I can't blame him for blowing his stack. They gave that one away. The Bears looked lifeless for 45 minutes and should have lost that game no question at that point. Glad to have them at 6-0 though. And glad you had a good time. We went to MNF in Miami a few years ago when the Fins handed the Bears their asses in a terrential downpour and that was no fun.

I disagree. The offense was awful for the entire game but the defense was very good for at least the 2nd half, arguably the last 3 quarters of the game. That was one of the worst QB performances of all time by Grossman. The Defense just seemed out of sync for the first few drives. They settled down in the 2nd Quarter, and it looks like they made some nice adjustments at half-time. Now they got a Bye Week, so hopefully Grossman can work some of these issues out. RockRaines
QUOTE(danman31 @ Oct 17, 2006 -> 10:17 AM) I disagree. The offense was awful for the entire game but the defense was very good for at least the 2nd half, arguably the last 3 quarters of the game. The defense was good except for the first AZ drive. After that they were put in their own territory 4 times. Urlancher decided to take it upon himself to right the ship. He is nothing short of amazing.
