They are discussing the possible postponement of both games tonight on ESPN.

Why? That's just dumb.

It dishonors the deaths of anyone who they don't stop baseball for. You know like the thousands of Americans killed in Iraq.

Until 2007? :P

The Mets game could be postponed, because of the rain there.

So, according to NBC in New York, Lidle was not rated to fly a plane using instruments, and was only supposed to fly with good visibility.

and at the time of the crash, the ceiling was 1800 with a visibilty of 8 miles. Weather doesn't appear to be a factor.

Its ok... i laughed.

The other thing here is that this makes the Yankee rotation even shallower than it already was.

Really dumb and not funny at all.

Not funny and stolen. Harry of Mac, Jurko, and Harry was popping that one off at around 4:30.

Anyone have a clue whyAlec Baldwin wanted to get to the scene of the crash?

It's the upper east side, who doesn't want to be there?

In all seriousness, he might have property very near there. One of the Mets coaches reportedly lives in the building, and Piazza resided across the street while he was with the Mets.
