Iraq/Afghanistan Vets of America

Veterans for America, a non-partisan organization, looked at the voting records of Congress for the last five years on issues that impacted vets and veterans (324 bills) to see how the different Congresspeople voted.

Legislative proposals iincluded veterans' benefits, healthcare, and medical research dedicated towards injured soldiers (head injuries, etc.) Based on these votes, IAVA calculated which senators and congressmen had a history of supporting the troops, and which didn't, and graded them on a curve.

But let's take a closer look at the data in the Senate.
