In crockpot layer Top: Cheese Middle: Mix from above Bottom: Tortilla Chips repeat layers as necessary. add sour cream and taco sauce when served. southsider2k5 Posted November 28, 2006 Share Posted November 28, 2006 Also really good stuff is to a take roast of about the same size, add in a jar of pepperchini peppers (alter the amount up or down depending on how much of a spicey taste you want) and you get a killer Italian beef. Brushed some butter on some flour tortillas and tossed them in the oven for a few minutes and then dropped them in the soup along with a dab of sour cream and some shredded cheddar. Great meal.
