For the most part the text you see is pointless, the small gif is the payload. It usually has some stock crap, or some other point of sale crap. The funny thing is some of these spammers have used animated gif's which have the word BUY BUY BUY every 3rd frame. Kind of reminds you of the old subliminal marketing in the old movie theaters.
