1. As I count, my wall and door to this very room have 14 combined dings and holes from flying remotes and fists. The wall in the other room has an entire body-sized hole resulting from a FT line dunk on a Little Tykes hoop.

 

2. I pulled a 4.0 last semester, for those of you know that know me...quite surprising.

 

3. I have only met 1 SoxTalk poster in real life.

 

4. I do not own a pair of jeans and wear shorts to school year round.

 

5. Since weight seems to be a trend: I have lost 12 pounds in 2 months by quitting pop.

Wow, I guess I'm not really that interesting b/c I can't think of stuff off the top of my head that's all that great, but here goes a try:

 

1) Finished this (first) semester of college w/ a 3.35 GPA

2) Am the only person in my family of 5 that was not born in the Chicago-land area

3) Want to be an ER doctor

4) Will be in my fraternity hell/initiation week next week... yea!

5) Have won my fantasy football league 2 years in a row w/ a combined 24-6 record those two years

1.) I applied to 9 colleges (Knox, IL Wesleyan, Susquehanna, University of Chicago, Valpo, North Park, Beloit College, Gustavus Adulphus, and St Olaf College) and got into all 9. I chose St. Olaf (turning down 2 full rides).

2.) I once broke a weight bearing bone in my ankle, but didn't find out until years later when I got an unrelated X-ray.

3.) My favorite animal ever was a walrus named Olga at the Brookfield Zoo.

4.) I was the only student on my college's Committee on the Status of Women for two years.

5.) I have lived in 3 states, 3 countries, and been on 4 continents.

5. I almost died in Dec. 2000 on the operating table. I was put in a medically induced coma for 3 days.
