It's a little after 6:30, and the Yankees-Red Sox game is still in the first inning. Is there one game between these two teams, specifically on ESPN, that actually lasts less than three damn hours in game time?

Soxtalk offseason favorites Ervin Santana (my God does he suck) and Michael Young should've been on the list.

Chone Figgins is worse than everyone else on that list. It's funny how overrated some people are on this site, especially anyone with the Angels, as well as Anthony Reyes.

Jason Marquis is the worst two month sub-3.00 ERA pitcher I've ever seen. How the hell are NL teams not hitting the snot out of him? His delivery is woefully inconsistent and it's bad to begin with -- he has an inconsistent landing with his lead leg. Not to mention he throws about one pitch because his breaking stuff sucks.

Maggs Ordonez is on fire. 4 for 4 today. He's hitting .361 with 12 hr and 45 rbi. He also has 23 doubles already.

Maggs is a very good hitter. I am not surprised. I've seen a few of his homers this year and some of them he completely destroyed the ball.

Lincecum is so fun to watch.

^^^^^^^^

I'm watching him and Danks back and forth tonight. Even though he just gave up a HR to Delgado, he's still dominating hitters.

Yeah, +2.

He made ONE bad pitch to Delgado. Trying for the high fb, left it waist-high. Just for the wrong hitter. I just love watching Lincecum work.

AROD with another amateur moment. Posada pops one up on the infield with 2 outs, AROD running to third yells, "I Got It." Clark, the Jays 3B, thought it was his team mate and let the ball fall and a run scored. MacDonald started jawing with ARod.

May see some more photoshop goodness as ARod was standing at third, waving his finger like a woman at MacDonald.

I don't see anything wrong with that. I'd be proud if Juan Uribe did it. If Darin Erstad did it, we'd never stop hearing about what a heady ballplayer he is. But since it's A-Rod, a player with infinite talent and the money that goes with that talent, he'll be raked over the coals for being "Bush League."

Completely agree. This is just heads up baseball and it is the way I was taught to play the game as a kid and I'm glad to see a guy like Arod do something extra to try and cause some confusion.
