Ken Griffey Jr. is seriously the most talented player the game of Baseball has ever seen. By age 21 he already had more amazing defensive highlights than most 12 year veterans accumulate over the course of their career.

Seeing that Chris Young homer is such a kick in the nuts. Kid is going to be a very good player in this league... Why the f*** did Kenny trade him again?

He hates lockers.

I was just impressed by how much the ball jumped off of his bat.

So, I don't exactly know where to put this, but it MUST be posted somewhere on this Website.

Stephen Colbert's "Better Know a District" segment takes on Illinois's fightin' 9th district...on the NOrth Shore of Chicago...and including Wrigley Field.

Schilling loses no-hit bid with 2 outs in the 9th against Oakland. That sucks.

If there's one pitcher I'd be glad that happened to, it would be Schilling.

Cardinals signed RHP Troy Percival to a minor league contract.

The 37-year-old Percival will begin his comeback at Triple-A Memphis. If all goes well, he could assume a spot in the St. Louis bullpen in two or three weeks.

Low risk, high reward. sigh

This cliche is beyond stale.

He's been throwing 87-90 and hasn't faced major league pitching in over two years.

Bailey was rushed up by a bad team, Wayne Krivsky isn't a horrible GM on accident. However, despite the fact Bailey hasn't thrown a curveball for a strike since he was a senior in HS it seems like, he managed to throw 5 innings of 2 run ball against the Cleveland lineup in that crazy Cincy park and pick up a win in his debut, 4-3. His hard stuff is obnoxious, and he will be a perennial all star if he figures out how to throw the other stuff (his off speed stuff is great too, just wild) over the plate.

I'd take him over Bukvich, Prinz, or Masset in our pen right now.

There's been a lot of excitement in the A's games recently. It's been a great time to have the MLB package.

You watching this A's/Giants game? I just got home, so I don't know what the f*** has happened to force Bochy's hand like this, but the Giants currently have Noah Lowry in RF, Randy Wynn at third and Pedro Feliz catching.

Molina got pulled early in the game, as he got hit in the arm with a bounced ball. Then, their back-up catcher probably tore his knee on a great play at home. Feliz went behind the plate, and actually made better scoops on pitches in the dirt than AJP. Sadly, the game didn't go 14 innings.
