That said I wasn't that big on what rank I made, I had tons and tons of badges but just didn't focus much on doing some of the minor details needed to advance rank so I lagged big time. To me it was about spending time with good friends, camping, and learning and while doing all that you were having a lot of fun. To this day my favorite merit badge was the shooting one.
