A Chicago radio station reported Wednesday that Mark Buehrle has instructed his agent to present the White Sox with a multi-year contract proposal that would keep him from becoming a free agent at the end of the season. Up until now most reports have speculated that Buehrle was unlikely to work something out to stay in Chicago long term, but Buehrle's agent said Wednesday that they'd consider any offer made to them.
