LosMediasBlancas
I cannot remember being so anxious for and then so disapointed in a new record like I was for the last Portishead release. That record is absolute garbage.

Cali
In listening to The Killers a lot lately, I've decided that Sam's Town s***s all over Hot Fuss as an album. It's just f'n spectacular, and I didnt like it much at all at first. It's aged well for me. Hopefully the new albums continues with the sound they were going with for Sam's Town. That's not to say that Hot Fuss doesn't have good tracks on it, it definitely does, but I think the non-single songs on that album are pretty lackluster and that's not the case with Sam's Town... Anyway, I'm jacked about the new album but this one song track has me rasing eyebrows. I shudder at the mere thought of another Unforgiven. And I'm no hater, I was a HUGE fan until the Black Album. Saw them 5 times "back in the day". Loved that band. Just really haven't liked anything they've done since Justice. They're a different band now, and that's fine. I'd really like to get excited about a Metallica release, I just don't expect to.

May not be every song, but half I dig. I think they are trying to be similar to Justice when you have the 8 minute metal marathons. Hope so. Heads22
So, I hear there will be a Foo Fighters Greatest Hits Album. Wonder what it will entail besides the obvious. On ESP&G, Let it Die quickly became my favorite.

I don't know what face I expected that voice to come out of, but that wasn't at all what I imagined! I like the Hold Steady well enough, but I do get that "heard one song, heard 'em all" vibe from them.
