Let me just say this, if Scotty can keep stealing bases, and Erstad can too, things will be dangerous.. the question is how long will it take to gel?

This pitching staff needs its mojo back.

pods might turn in his 1 good game in 10, hopefully it results in a win, because if it doesn't its like we lose more than a game, because he'll play more

Sadly I agree.

Odd they were able to move the runner without the batter squaring around to bunt. I never want to see a bunt again with a man on 2nd and no outs.

I think there was 2ks on Erstad at the time, my head would have exploded if Oz tried that

If they execute the bunt properly in that position it works...however, our team has been notorious to totally F up bunts in big situations like that, where the bunt is actually NECESSARY.

I was at the game yesterday in the upper tank, and Thome's HR looked like a double in the gap.

They thawed you out faster than I expected.

It was a positive to see him turn on the pitch like that and hit the liner. He did that so often to start 2006, but as his wrists got bad, he rarely turned on the pitch with power. And I think it was santo = dorf that said it, but that Sizemore homer was very similiar to Pods walk-off.
