Hunnie
As much as Foulke drove me crazy last season, Im missing him now. Koch, you stink you stinky!!!!!
SoxFanForever
I don't want to sound like everyone else here but when I saw Koch come in I knew that he would blow the game. I just had that feeling. Epsecially after the walk and the base hit. I was wondering where the f*** Gordon was. Man, he really has to go. Me and my friend ranted on the phone for about 15 minutes about how bad he is. If he can't shut down the bottom of the D-Rays order he doesn't belong on this team at all. :fyou :fyou :fyou Thanks Billy!

Especially the bottom 3rd of their batting order. JM said in a postgame interview broadcast on the SCORE, "We'll (the Organization) have to see if there is a better spot to bring Billy in"..... or something to that effect. WHAT THE f*** DOES THAT MEAN?" What spot, if I may ask all here, is better to bring your "closer" into than the bottom 3rd of the D-Rays order? JM sounds like a moron more-and-more everytime he opens his mouth.

By a better time, I assume he means he'll be used as a setup man, and not a closer, from now on....or atleast until he can improve himself. Spiff
if you find yourself telling a baseball player to burn in hell, i suggest taking a step back. i didn't like the koch trade at the time. i don't like when koch comes in the game and screws up. it's demoralizing as all hell. but if this team is going anywhere he's gotta be a part of it. so you might as well get behind him. you people act like he tried to blow the game. i don't doubt that he is giving 100% in trying to close the game out, and it must suck to have to walk into that clubhouse after a game like that. then again, he gets paid outrageous sums of money to finish the job, and he has to figure out one way or another to get it done. Sad thing is, if he can't close a game, what is he gonna be setting up? If, hypothetically, we were leading 3-1 after 7 and a half tonight, and JM brought Botch in to set-up the bottom of the 8th facing the same batters he faced tonight, we go into the 9th, at the very least, tied. Botch would still only have 1 out and would be facing "the meat" of the D-Rays order (Baldelli, Huff, and..... if one of them gets on..... Grieve). All Botch will be doing is setting up Gordon or Marte for the win. At this point, I don't want JM giving Botch the ball with anything less than a 4-run lead. End of story. I don't want him setting up s*** until whatever hitch, injury, or other intangible is ratified.

Then again, I see no pressure in getting the bottom of the DRays batting order out. I'm not sure anyone knows anymore.
Mathew
I can only say I told ya so again. Yep he's a great closer, he'll come around. I can quote myself again. Botch has been crap his whole career, period. He is worse now, I'd laugh at anybody who said differently but he's pitching for us so this kills me to watch and say only one more time, I told ya so.
