Chet Lemon
Anyone privy to when this guy comes off the DL? I have been holding him b/c I am in a super large yahoo league (18 managers), so if I dropped him there would be a chance he would get scooped up. Kenny Lofton is currently my main source of SBs, so is it worth my wait to hold onto him in hopes he performs well later in the year? Thanks for any input. Hermidas Status Jeremy Hermida: (Knee) Not Close to a Return RotoWire.com Staff - RotoWire.com Sunday, April 8, 2007 Update: Hermida (knee) has not yet begun taking batting practice and is not close to a return, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports. Recommendation: Because of all the time he missed in spring training due to the injury, he'll need a longer-than-normal rehab stint in the minors before he re-joins the Marlins. Judging from this he could come back late this week. But if they say he needs rehab and stuff in minors Id say hes ready beginning of March. If your lucky earlier. Im assuming your dl spots are taken up if not throw him on there. Otherwise you could take the risk of droppin him and pickin up another OF but more than likely with 18 managers someone is going to nab him before he gets back, you would be best off holding on to him. kwolf68
Can someone explain the fascination with Hermida? I know he's a top prospect, former first rounder, and is entrenched at RF for Florida, but he hasn't really done much and since a brief streak right after his activation is on a 1 for 17 slump or something like that. Hermida is fools gold to me. At least until he shows it.
