Maybe other teams, but not the Phils. Rule #7 of MLB: The Phillies LOVE overpaid, washed-up (ie, "proven") relievers. It's their calling card.

Or David Riske for Javier Lopez...that was a good deal for the Sox, even though Riske's not the same pitcher he was 2-3 seasons ago.
