fathom
The good news is we have Mackowiak/Cintron/Erstad up next inning. Jphat....I still stand by my statement that the talent is massively overrated.
Frankensteiner
QUOTE(fathom @ Apr 17, 2007 -> 08:44 PM) Nah, pretty much the same. A lot of guys at the age where they should see their bat speed start to diminish. Who, outside of Thome, is old in our lineup?
WilliamTell
Crede will break out of it sometime.
jasonxctf
in case you were wondering Josh Fields is hitting .231 at AAA pitching. Luis Terrero on the other hand is hitting .

fathom
QUOTE(Frankensteiner @ Apr 18, 2007 -> 01:44 AM) Who, outside of Thome, is old in our lineup? AJP, for a catcher, should start to lose a step. Erstad, with all his injuries and games played, is going to slow down also. When I look at this offense, the last thing I think is that we're anything but a young team. Kalapse
Ha, they used footage from Jose's opening day s***fest for that new commercial. caulfield12
QUOTE(Frankensteiner @ Apr 17, 2007 -> 08:44 PM) Who, outside of Thome, is old in our lineup? Iguchi and Dye will both be 34 to start next season. AJ is younger, but, as a catcher, he might as well be the same age with all the wear and tear on your body. Konerko is still in his prime, but every year from here on out should see diminished returns. Pods and Erstad are both on the downside of their careers. Uribe and Crede are it, and Crede's horrible right now.
