How'd Hairston Jr. get ejected, I just got back from a whiffle ball game.

Argument on a close play at first on a grounder. BTW, what is this guy still doing with a job? He sucks and isn't a third the player his dad was. Amazing.

Anyway- it's amazing watching the tide turn in this forum on one swing from JD...

I gotta say, I have been one of Mark Buehrle's biggest detractors but he looks absolutely amazing tonight. He's spotting his fastball exactly where he needs to and he's avoiding the change. This is vintage Buehrle.

I remember a lot of people being worried about his fastball slowing down. It looks like it is back up there, and there is a good difference in speed between the fastball and changeup again.

anyone know why Mark would want to pick up the ball AJ rolled back to the mound after the last out?

Just curious, usually don' see that.

Perhaps he has a feeling about tonights game and wants a few souvenirs.

Come on 43 we need ya buddy.

It's funny I was thinking the same thing. I can't think of another reason why he'd do that...

The second I saw him pick up that ball I went to baseballreference.com and checked Mark's career K numbers, there's not milestone in sight.

UP TO THE SECOND DARIN ERSTAD SUPER LEADOFF GUY STAT LINE:
