Kalapse
QUOTE(South Side Fireworks Man @ Apr 18, 2007 -> 09:33 PM) I guess there will be no whining about A.J.'s pitch calling here tonight. Congrats to Mark, A.J., and the Sox' offense! Now let's get on a roll! AJ was f***ing amazing back there tonight.
Milkman delivers
Anybody else out of the area and pretty angry at ESPN for not breaking in? OK, I'm not angry because I'm way too pumped right now. This adrenaline rush is insane. Still would've liked to have seen it, though.
Kalapse
QUOTE(TheOcho @ Apr 18, 2007 -> 09:35 PM) Mark just said it was beer. I stick by my Diet Pepsi statement.
Bonderman38
Awesome! Hopefully he got it all out of his system before he pitches against the Tigers. Seriously though, especcially with this guy struggled a lot last year, it's great.

SoxFanForever
QUOTE(Kid Gleason @ Apr 18, 2007 -> 09:26 PM) I'm taking over Ozzie's job!!! http://www.soxtalk.com/forums/index.php?s=...t&p=1397672 I feel pretty darn tootin' cool right now. That was soooo killer!!! My heart was racing almost as fast as in the 9th inning of the World Series! After the 7th inning or so I thought of when you typed that and kept thinking what if you are right? That was pretty awesome.

DBAHO
Fantastic outing by Mark, and well deserved. Let's hope he can pitch close to this for the rest of the season, and get back to that pre 2005 ASB and before form. If he can, it'll be a huge boost for our chances in this division. We need 1 of those pitchers to get back near to ace status numbers wise again.
Kalapse
I seriously love AJ Pierzynski's personality, there isn't a player on this team with a better sense of humor IMO.

southsider2k5
I am so pissed off!!! How DARE Mark make me choose between LOST and a no hitter! That isn't faiR! It wasn't easy to position myself and my TVs so that I could see both of them, and I had to update the wife as well! ACK!

RockRaines
AJP and Buehrle are hilarious "we went back into the clubhouse and watched the yankees game." "Oh my god, I cant believe you threw a no hitter, now you owe me a watch."
Baines3
It's been a long time between nohitters. Last one was Wilson Alverez back in 1991! Last time I was this happy was October 26, 2005!!
SoxAce
If anyone has comcast, they will show it again at like 1:30-2:00 am I believe. Also I believe tomorrow morning. Granted it won't be the same as actually watching it live, but at least you can still see every pitch.
RockRaines
Apparently Garland and Buehrle have a bet going on who throws the first no hitter. JG has to pay up!
