Before I go, I want to see: Antarctica, Mount Everest, Brazil, Dubai, Sparta, Rome, Australia, just to name a few... Places I've been include Alaska, Germany, Canada, and Serbia. DBAHO Posted April 20, 2007 Share Posted April 20, 2007 I've been overseas 4 times already which has been pretty good. Once to China, visiting Beijing, Shanghai and based in Nanjing. Visited places like the Great Wall, terible pollution though. Then to Malaysia and based in Kuala Lumpur. Enjoyed this more than China, great markets for shopping, got a West Ham soccer jersey for about $5 Aussie Dollars. They also have the biggest Water Park in the Southern Hemisphere there, and everything is so cheap. Well worth a visit if you're going to experience Asia. Then twice to America. Once to Phoenix, also visiting the Grand Canyon and San Diego, and the 2nd time in Salt Lake City. Preferred being based in Phoenix as I prefer the heat, however going to the snow at Snowbird was pretty cool also. Would like to visit America again, but also travel to Canada and Europe, especially England and Germany. Going to something like Oktoberfest would be cool to do. There are a lot of places in Europe I'd like to get to as well- Scotland, Bath (England), Salzburg and Vienna (Austria), Germany.... If you've spent your whole life in prairies and on flat ground, your 1st trip to Alaska will be absolutely amazing. I'll never forget going for the 1st time. Absolutely amazing place, especially if you love wildlife and nature.
