Well, he's shown he could throw an off-speed pitch last year. He's not throwing it so far but could that be because it's not working for him at the moment? That's why I think we might need to give him a couple non-pressure situation appearances.

His slider has looked a lot better this year, but his last couple outings I haven't seen much of it.

Why isn't he playing, by the way? Just got in.

Erstad is DH'ing tonight and before you rip him you should know that he had a big two run double that put the Sox in the lead. Than the Sox pen blew things and Crede tied it back up this inning.
