Character does matter to some people. I'll bet there are a lot of people who believe in the same platform as GWB who would probably never vote for him again. I understand that thought but it may be hard for many people who have grown very fond of Obama to accept Clinton who in the past couple days has compared him to both Karl Rove and George W. Bush. On this same note if this race continues much longer I wouldn't be surprised to hear Obama talking about how he's the best guy to unite the party. I have a passsing interest in politics but think platforms are pretty stupid as I believe hardly anything is ever accomplished and other than the Fed f***ing around, everything is business as ususal and dicated by lobbyists. What was Bush's platform in 2000 and Clinton's in 1992? Sure I think Bush undermined the entire process by bowing down to big oil but the American people could care less until gas prices soared. Will Clinton get universal healthcare, no. How is that Social Security reform coming along......... Obama seems different and those of us that are jaded by politics and if Clinton who is as seedy as it comes trashes him and brings him down, I will than vote for the person who can beat her and hope Obama is back in 2012. May sound dumb but I trust Hillary much less than every other candidate. They are all phony but she takes it to another level. She loves whoever it is that can get her into the White House and cares nothing about the country other than for her personla gain. I think Big Bill was riding the economic boom and she will drag this country into depths never seen before. I can not stand her and feel she is the female version of GWB. Anyone who doesn't see that Hillary is front runner and is setting them up for such landslides never seen before in American history the rest of the way is kidding themselves. She will also get 90 % of the super delegate vote. There is no doubt about any of this. Obama has no chance in hell! And by the way I am an Obama supporter. I just prefer to be realistic about it.
