Never been to one, will probably end up at one for somebodys bachelor party one day, but have no interest. There are too many elements to strip clubs that really just are buzzkills for me.

I have been to a few for Bachelor Parties. I guess I either work too hard for my money or it just doesn't do it for me. Dropping $50 for a "lapdance" where most places they barely hit your "lap", forget it. I can waste my money on watching the Sox pathetic offense.

 

My wife has never had a problem with me going, always been up front about it when the party ended up there. I find it funny when then other guys at the party are all like "don't tell my wife/GF." Why, like you're going to not only have the opportunity to, but also then leave the person you chose to spend your life with for a stripper. Insecure.

 

Now I have been to "private" Bachelor Parties in a hotel or at a house where the interaction has been a bit "closer." Still seemed like a waste of money to me.

Ha I have been up late all week (well, later that normal) getting my prep study done for finals next week, thus I set that one up on a tee and didn't even realize it.

I'm not sure wives don't want their husbands to go because they are worried about them leaving. It's just not a lot are comfortable with another womens tits slapping their hubby in the face. As far as guys just seeing some naked chicks on stage with no phisical contact...I'd venture to say the majority of wives could careless.

I like the tits of the titty bars just as much as the next guy but never was really into going to em often. The girls are scam artists and will suck your wallet dry if your dumb! I haven't traveled far and wide like AbeFroman has so I couldn't give an honest rundown about how one strip club stacks up to the next one.

The thing about t-bars is this:

 

Spending your own money in there sucks. If you are going just for fun, better make sure its one with either A. GREAT looking nude women or B. Cheap rubdowns in the back room. Otherwise its just you ooogling chicks until your wallet is empty and you have to scurry home to catch the last bit of skinamax so you can relieve yourself.

 

 

Secondly-There are some t-bars that arent the hard sell places like vegas. I went to one in Salt lake city that was basically a sports bar with topless girls dancing to classic rock. People were playing pool, golden tee, watching the girls, with no pressure to tip them at all. Those are decent places to go and have a good time and not drop 2k.

 

Thirdly-if you are on a business trip, spend, spend spend. My corp amex has seen many a t-bar

You could either:

 

A. Post an ad on Craigs List for what you are looking for.

 

B. Grin N Bear It is the company my buddies used for a few bachelor parties. When you call be specific about what you want to happen there.

 

On thing though, don't expect the girls to show up on time. If they were prompt, they'd be working in the cubicle next to you. They have no concept of on time.

I've been to a Strip Club one time in my life and as has been mentioned it's a collosal waste of money, however, one of the girls I was with was so drunk that we were able to lure her up on stage.

 

Rather hilarious to see someone you know nude with all the old creepy guys with their jaws dropped..

Texas strip clubs are way better than what I saw in Illinois. Lapdances are not expensive, with 2 for 1s all the time. And most importantly touching is not only allowed, but most girls encourage it.

Part of me feels good about denying her because she said she could easily get whatever she wanted. She was a self-proclaimed "huge baseball fan" which I think is why we hit it off. But I had to give her the bad news that her favorite player Eric Gange was not on the Dodgers anymore. To which she responded that she didn't want her Dodgers season tickets now, and that her boyfriend who was an ex-Cub can probably get her season tickets to Wrigley.

I could put pin marks on a map world wide at all the locations I've been to strip clubs: Chicago, Vegas, Moscow, London, Prague, Berlin, Cancun, Zurich, etc.

I'm definitely interested in hearing more about Moscow and Prague.

 

I recall reading an article in the past which suggested strip clubs in Moscow are owned by organized crime outfits and the women are more or less slaves. Similar to human trafficking in the United States, except the women are under direct supervision and threats are easier to enforce. I know I wouldn't exactly feel comfortable in such a setting.

 

Prague I'm interested in just because I may travel there in a few years to visit relatives. I heard their women are beautiful, but as with any strip club, it probably depends upon the status of the establishment.

Concerning my own experience, I've been to several a handful of times but probably won't return.

 

It just doesn't feel right. Not that I don't enjoy demeaning women, because I do, but it feels too fake. Too desperate, as CC mentioned. Something about knowing the stripper is straddling my junk to feed her drug addiction takes away from the enjoyment.

 

Now, if I were in 3e8's situation perhaps it would have been different. I'd have to do quick research to find out what exactly the person had been involved with. Calling a friend and instructing them to Google the porn star's name would about do it.

 

Mainstream pornstars are actually the cleanest people around. Warn out, yes, but if you're screwing hundreds of people a year you can't be disease filled. Most undertake comprehensive testing every week.

We had strippers come twice to a house that some of my buddies live in, but I've never actually been to a strip club. I don't really care to go, but I will if my buddies want to, so yeah, I'll probably go some time over the summer.

Women at strip clubs are becoming very commonplace. Not all clubs are seedy. Wives, girlfriends join men as well as groups of friends including men and women are frequently seen in clubs.

 

For the record, the best two clubs I have ever been that are worlds apart from others:

 

1. Mons Venus - Tampa, Florida

 

2. Platinum Plus - Memphis, Tennessee

Some people just dont take this seriously, nor get jealous at something like this. It doesnt bother me at all to have a guy stripper dance for a girl im dating and trust.
