whitesoxfan101
8 righties (including each of the first 6 guys) and 1 lefty against De La Rosa. Here are some stats up until today on De La Rosa 2007: vs. righties: .250 ba, 1.14 WHIP vs. lefties: .387 ba, 2.25 WHIP Hell, how about CAREER on De La Rosa: vs. righties: .272 ba, 1.65 WHIP vs. lefties: .300 ba, 1.93 WHIP And you play an all righty lineup except Sweeney? With an off day tomorrow? (and we've had several lately). Did it cause use to lose? I doubt it with the performance of our bullpen, but that violates the "put your team in the best position to win" clause of the contract. southsider2k5
With the way the offense is hitting, why not try something? Its not like he benched a bunch of guys tearing the cover off of the ball. What we could have lost 11-5 instead? OH no.

It's not worse than those offenses. It may be statistically worse less than one quarter of the way through the season, but it's not worse. fathom
The only thing Ozzie did wrong with the lineup today is try Toby Hall at first base during ST. Besides that, he has little options on the bench. The talent level just isn't there right now.
wilmot825
Send Terrero's ass back to Triple-A and Keep Sweeney.....You have to be kidding me that Ozzie wants to demote Ryan for this 29 year old f*** brain Luis.
