Put your hands together for the worst offense in the majors, stranding more runners in scoring position with no outs. Keep swinging for the fences boys, and then blame weather, depression, curses and whatever for your struggles instead of trying to hit every f***ing pitch over the fence.

Crede's popup + Wang's sinker = screaming line drive?

Please?

He usually looks good against him. If the field wasn't wet, that ball might have hopped over ARod's head. So far, Mientkiewicz makes the tough pick, and we don't make the big defensive play.

Aren't the Sox pretty much the worst team in baseball at Getting 'em on, Getting 'em over and Getting 'em in?

The commercial makes no sense. They show a guy with an OBP sub 300. At least Pods could claim injury last year when he was sub 300 OBP. Grinderstad is healthy I guess.

The Charlotte Knights might be worse.

Sometimes you have to laugh that not only are we giving a lot of at-bats to a struggling utility player, but he's also batting 5th in our lineup. I'm shocked we have the record we do with the mediocre lineups we're putting out on the field.

Well the twins have been a success by making their minors emulate their majors so the kids can learn how to play major league baseball. We are trying to bring corpseball to all levels of our system. The basics of the long looping swing. How to lift and pull.

You're on to something here. They should do one with Pods, but have those little arrows point to different parts of his groin: "Pulled left abductor" -- "Strained right abductor" -- "Hernia" Then flash to: "Groin on 'em on. Groin 'em over. Groin 'em in. Sox."

This would be a good ad.

Is it me, or is this Pods injury very peculiar? He's going to end up missing about 50 games due to this injury, and that seems like a ton for a strained muscle.
