danman31
It's not Faustino's fault he gave up 3 runs. He was clearly left in too long and the relief behind him didn't get the job done.
DBAHO
QUOTE(danman31 @ May 28, 2007 -> 12:28 PM) It's not Faustino's fault he gave up 3 runs. He was clearly left in too long and the relief behind him didn't get the job done. Still had 8K's though, so certainly another good performance. He's definitely not having trouble K'ing hitters in that league. I wonder what the timeframe is for a promotion to Winston - Salem if he keeps pitching like this? SoxAce
Even though he's RH, and I don't believe he was a FA signing even though I could be wrong, I think Tizz is liking this kid more and more so I'll drop my Noe Rodriguez prediction.
Cerbaho-WG
Faustino's line heading into the 7th was: 6 IP 1 H 0 ER 2 BB 8 SO He clearly ran out of gas. I'm willing to bet he'll make several more starts at Kannapolis, and once short-season ball starts, he'll be bumped up to W-S.

beck72
Anyone else notice that Josh Fields was at SS the last two games-games that Kenny Williams was in attendance?
South Side Fireworks Man
QUOTE(beck72 @ May 28, 2007 -> 09:57 AM) Anyone else notice that Josh Fields was at SS the last two games-games that Kenny Williams was in attendance? What's up with that? I wonder if KW knew Ozuna was going to break his leg? Edited May 28, 2007 by South Side Fireworks Man
