Unreal.....it seemed like it took him 6 seconds to go from 2nd to 3rd. Another terrible slide by a Sox hitter after Iguchi wasn't hustling all the way.

Yep.

If you're going to assume a double and loaf into 2nd, just stay there.

I'm getting really tired of watching stupid baseball from this year's team.

gooch was cruisin into 3rd. why not run instead of jog? thats the story of our season there :crying

And then he sits on the bench laughing it up. It's as if he doesn't even give a f***.

This ump is not calling a strike at the belt. Then Mackowiak swings at two pitches there he should have been 3-1. Do these guys not watch what is happening out there? This is what Walker needs to preach.

The only problem with Iguchi was he was loafing and therefore should have stayed.

I bet we do not hit more than three balls to the outfield.

Nice inning JG

yea it really was. the SP's era may be 1.00 higher then in 2005, but trying to have the same era as the SP in 2005 if a pretty high goal. im happy with the SP we have. even though the sox lost last night 5-2, i think our O should be scoring 5 runs or more a game with konerko and thome in the middle of the lineup. oh well.

here comes a konerko HR

or not

great, lets just keep flyin out. f***!

According to Brenneman we won a World Series in 2006.

Why the f*** didn't any of you guys tell me that? Woo-hoo! Defending champs!

'06 = 1906 he followed that up with 1917 and '05.

I understand why we've struggled this week: Clippard..

On a note totally unrelated to your post, Clippard has impressed me so far. I think he's going to be a nice middle-to-back-end starter for the Yanks. That's the type of guy I would've liked to have seen Kenny get along with Gio in the Freddy G trade.

We only trade for hard throwers now. Pitching ability is overrated.
