elrockinMT
This Gruzooluck guy is been pretty consistent as far as hitting the Sox.
Bmr31
You're forgetting that we are still one the worst hitting teams in the majors...Speaking of which, it's 3-1 now and Wood is dealing. Who ever is calling this godawful game needs to be shot. I see no reason the sox cant win this game. Lightening. Bottle. Thrice. (of course we can win this game in theory, anything is possible...but throwing mistake breaking stuff into sluger's wheelhouse decreases your chances dramatically. I don't like Olivo's game calling one bit) Each event in time is independent of all others. Our bats are independent of Kerry Wood's dominant pitches. We are waiting to long on his fatsball and then are surprised why we miss it by a foot...Duh, you're not going to hit his breaking stuff. Maybe he gets hurt? Or tired? I admit i wouldnt bet money on the sox winning this game, but im still holding hope. wait, nice throw jimenez, you piece of s***.
KipWellsFan
I see that Daubach struck out for the 2nd time today. He has not been hitting the least 2-3 games and lots of K's. This is the 1st time Loaiza has given up 3 runs in along time. He has been the one that has picked up the offense now it's their turn to help him out. Let's face it: Wright-Colon-Elo have not shown up for this searies. PLain and f***in simple. From what I heard Wright got out of a bunch of jams. He may not have had his best stuff but he definitely "showed up".

If he shows up like that against the Yankees/M's/Red Sox....he gets tagged for 8 runs instead of 1.
elrockinMT
I was ready to start saying good things about Jimenez, but he just committed another error. Only difference is it is as a 3rd baseman.

We just have to hope the offesne can show what they are made of like the last 2 games. They need to let Wood pitch more and not swing at everything. He can be had when the pitch count goes up. Wright is not a best pitcher, he is a "terrible" one. 2. Colon and his 4.20 ERA also doesn't look all the great. At least a 38-yo David Wells had an injured back as his excuse...Colon is just mediocre. 3. ELo is hanging a breaking ptich after breaking pitch is not trying to jam these hitters with good fastball inside/up. Whether it's Olivo or JM's fault I don't care. 4. When was the last time Prior-Wood-Zambrano/Zito-Hudson-Mulder had a back-to-back bad starts?

BrandoFan
Another mistake breaker on 0-2 count Miller almost hit out....f***ing Olivo/Elo, why don';t you start challenging them with a fastball/cutter? Between Godwin/Gridzilanek/Miller/Karris/Alou/Henrnadez they have NO batspeed, so you're playing into their hands by throwing junk at them.
