BrandoFan
Our hitters want to heroes on virtually EVERY swing...wait-time on pitches is WAY too long considring how blazing Wood fastball is...he is no punk Zambrano, guys, so unless you're short/quick/level, you're pretty much f***ed. Hurt got two hittable fastball he should he smashed 400-feet to RIGHT FIELD...instead he wait too long to turn on them and strikes out. Elemental stuff- you're not going to beat Wood with solo home runs...you need a couple og baserunner on first and only THEN will get fall apart...sometimes. With April-May-June we've had WE CANNOT AFFORD TO BECOME SELFISH AT THE PLATE AGAIN.
Bmr31
Watching Sosa, I am simply astonished that this guy can hit over .200.
elrockinMT
D'Lo with another error. At least this one didn't hurt the Sox. If Loiaza is getting hit hard maybe we ought to be in the bullpen now Jerry?
elrockinMT
Daubs with a walk and a 2 strike hit to right by Lee. That's the way to hit carlos.

Bmr31
Jose must have jusy mssied a homer if 2 advance on his fly to right? Bout as close as you can get without getting the homer.
elrockinMT
Bases loaded after Rowand walks, but Olivo is upo\p and I think he is overmatched by good hard piches.
BrandoFan
K we are finally making this guy work. And how did we do it? Not by crushing his filthy breaking stuff for homers, that's for sure. Short and quick, jump on mistakes.
elrockinMT
It's quite obvious Rios was not the answer to Olivo. Played the L-R percentages and it didn't work again.
Spiff
why the f*** did he pinch hit rios for olivo :fyou
KipWellsFan
Rios pinch hit K. Don't agree with the pinch hit but what do I know I'm not a major league manager.
KipWellsFan
Rios really has little to no value on this team in my opinion. He is more suited for the National League.
BrandoFan
Rios hacking at his unhittable slurve...dumb f***, all he had to do is reel Wood in. Poor scouting and execution by Sox. Poor game calling. Poor everything.

KipWellsFan
Well with Rios and Harris hitting in that situation we had in my opinion smaller than 50% chance of scoring. Wrong men up at the time.
elrockinMT
Harris with a bases loaded POP UP! We ahve too many hitters not able to hit their weight.

Hey when you stand there and watch fastballs go right down the middle, what do you expect to do on a 0-2 count against Kerry Wood? Dumbasses.......
