Fields has really been getting better by day-2 big hits in 2 days. No one on this team has done that for weeks

I will be at your house later picking up your dogs. They deserve better. At least put the Sox on their junk.

I gotta tell ya. Joe Crede may be a man without a country very so. I don't think he gets non-tendered but his value to the Sox organization will continue to drop if Josh can sit at the .270 range as the power and OBP will be better than Crede.

I think Crede will be much better after surgery. He may not be back to 2006 numbers, but maybe a shade lower. Fields has been good recently, but could be humbled very quickly. He needs to shorten his stroke. If he can do that, then the Sox don't have to worry about 3b for a while.

Alright, so who on this board ever thought at the beginning of the year we would see an outfield of Owens-Terrero-Mackowiak? And if you did, you are lying.

He needs to be like Hunter Pence. He's getting a steady diet of breaking balls now, but he's being patient and taking what he's given. MAN, I wish we could have gotten him.

If anyone did, they must suffer from deep depression.

Who's Allen Thomas?

He was/is the director of conditioning. In 2005 he has cellulitis in his leg and Dale Torborg took over for a little while. Then Allen's house burned down. I haven't seen him this season, ever since Ozzie blamed him for Buerhle and Garcia being out of shape in 2006. Torborg is "filling in".

Actually I predicted with a week left in spring training that we'd be seeing that exact outfield by July.

91 according to Gameday. Probably his last inning coming up.

Ugh...Noooo!

Note to Jon: Please find a way to get through 8.

Note to Ozzie: If he doesn't, use Jenks for a 2 inning (or 1 2/3, 1 1/3) save...we're off tomorrow!
