Be Good
Hey guys, I'm looking for a new or used ('04 or newer) car. I've had my '90 Grand Marquis for 4 years now and saved up for a new one. I'm looking to spend anywhere from 7-10k down, and i may be willing to do a payment. The intrest rate on a payment should be fairly well as my credit score is above average. What are your suggestions for a good looking, reliable, economical car. New or used. THANKS

THANKS I bought a used Corolla (05) and it has been nothing but bliss. Very low maintenance, great gas mileage, etc. I have absolutely NO complaints about that car. The Beast
Well, I'd suggest the 2003 Honda Element or a Toyota Pathfinder.
Kalapse
The Honda Element is one of the most hideously ugly vehicles I have ever come across. If you want to drive around in a box lined with an inordinate amount of distinguishable plastic then you should definitely buy an Element. God damn I hate that monstrosity. I've had my '01 Accord V6 for about 3 years now and I absolutely love it. I haven't had a single problem with the car, it gets great gas mileage, it looks fantastic especially in black, the interior is very well designed and looks outstanding particularly with the black leather, the car has great pickup, plus it's a relatively inexpensive car and pretty easy to find. You could probably find a certified used Accord at a Honda dealer that provides a full warranty on the vehicle for about 2 years.

Go for an Accord or a Toyota if you are looking for something reliable that isn't too bad on the price tag.
