Ya know what it seems like to me? I rip on all the pitchers and and hsc rips on all the hitters. Does anyone else notice that or is it just me?

no its just you.............no one else notices... even me.......

I've always liked Carlos Lee. If he works on his approach at the plate (he might not be walking much lately, but I love the way he's been fouling off pitches and working the count), keeps hitting to right, and can keep the baserunning mistakes to a minimum, I think he can be a great player. He's got pretty good speed, especially considering he's a rather big guy, and plays a decent left field now. I really think he should steal more often, maybe 20-25 attempts a year.

I'd venture to say that outside of the pitching staff, Carlos Lee has been our best all around ballplayer this season.

Up until now, its pretty close, but look for maggs to get EXTRMELY hot. He is way too good.......

I give kudos to Carlos for a nice week.

But I still think he tries to pull everything, doesn't run the bases all that well, and is average at BEST in LF.

I'd rather DH him and stick Rowand in left once we acquire a CF. :D

What worries me is that Carlos has had a good 10 days. So now what? Will it continue? (History says NO). Or does he now go into a 2-week funk? (History says YES).

Don't blame me. I didn't write his history - HE DID.
