Oh, please. One bad pitch. You already had your f***ing mind made up about Gavin before he started tonight.

You sure can cut and paste. :chair

You mean the guy who induced three groundballs, two of which were softly hit back to him? Give him a f***ign chance, seriously.

can you post without cussing? I don't think you can...

Danks gave up a 3 run homer to Morneau in his debut this year, he turned out alright.

Not relevant. just because he's making his first regular season start for a new team doesn't mean jack. gavin shoulda struck out the side.

supposedly all Garza has is a fastball. jsut sit back on it. owens shouldn't even be playing. ozzie should of started Gonzalez and Terrero for this night game.

it's a good thing comcast sports net is so smooth with their score keeping...where's the radar gun???

Well his fastball is snapping but I would like to know who calls for an offspeed pitch in that situation? Morneau fouled off the fastball so what happens, you slow down Morneau's bat and it's 3-0.

Go up and in on his hands on 1-2. No, instead they call for an offspeed pitch.

Then again Floyd has to bear down on Cudyher. You can't walk him and bring up Morneau.

The kid has good stuff but needs to know how to attack Cuddyer there- that's an inexcusable walk with Morneau on deck.

Ok, as someone who has seen him numerous times, he needs more than a second chance to be good in the majors.

So it's not possible he's actually improved and is just a bit shaky during his first start?

We had him start when it was way too early in his development and it threw him off. After his first season, he was sent back down to AAA and thought never to be seen again. Then last year, he had an amazing spring and made the rotation. He had one unbelieveable game against the Cardinals but got shelled for his last 4 starts. At one point he was 4-2 and should have been 5-2 but once he found adversity, he was back to throwing gophers and giving up big innings.

So, as of last year when we brought him back up from AAA he was effective for a little while but in the end was another blown prospect.

this is like a 3 ring circus. owens gets picked off (gonzalez should of started tonight) and thome just lets the bat fly behind him...ah, atleast the White Sox are good for laughs.

Gonzalez sucks too. It's pick your poison. Ozzie went with a lefty.

what kills me is how ron "fat arse" gardenhose and the twins win during the regular season (5 of the last 6 division crowns) but can't do a darn thing in the playoffs. I think it's because the yankees continually own the Minnesota Twins in the postseason.
