Patti looks more of a conventional drop back passer would has some mobility but not a legit threat to run at the next level. You just named 4 guys from Dr Phillips. If they can pull Shaw and then nab Randle, that would be an amazing class despite not getting the top two in Illinois (even though Illinois was never really in those recruiting races). I hope you are right but if I could only choose one give me Shaw. I think Randle is the better player right now but Shaw has more upside and Illinois needs a PF a lot more than a combo guard. Shaw's decision has nothing to do with Randle's decision. Shaw announced he was making his decision Monday before he even knew Randle was deciding.
