Buehrle>Wood
QUOTE(3E8 @ Aug 18, 2007 -> 01:17 AM) Did anyone see/going to see 'King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters' this weekend? If you haven't heard of it, it's a documentary about two men who have opposite personalities trying to set the world record high score in the arcade game Donkey Kong. So far on rottentomatoes, there are 31 positive reviews to 1 negative review. I believe it's only a limited release right now. And I don't think Chicago was one of those cities. MHizzle85
QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Aug 18, 2007 -> 06:51 AM) Anyone else kinda have the problem of people laughing SO hard in the theater, that some jokes got completely unnoticed because you couldn't hear them? During a couple of scenes, yeah. Thats why when I go again i'm going to go to a matinee so it won't be as many people.
farmteam
Yeah I went to a matinee showing of Superbad, so it was fine. I'd have to say the funniest scene was probably when Evan sung "These Eyes" in the room full of crackheads.
shipps
Am I alone in thinking Micheal Cera and Jonah Hill of "Superbad" are going to have long successful careers in comedic films?I dont think I solely enjoyed the movie on the writing of the script alone, those guys were amazing in the delivery. Michael Cera was great on Arrested Development as well. He'll stick around for quite a while playing that sort of character.

Capn12
I may be one of a small minority, but I'm REALLY looking forward to August 31st....Halloween by Rob Zombie. He has been waiting and wanting to do a Halloween "Michael Myers revisited" type movie for a while. I've not missed a Halloween premeire at the theater since Halloween 4 all those years ago.
