Automobile searches without a warrant are legal if they are incidental to an arrest, or if the cops have reason to believe that you are transporting something illegal. There is also the "Plain View Doctrine", which enables the cops to seize illegal items in plain view & submit them as evidence in court. So yeah, keep your gun in the glove compartment. Check to see if there's an address on the check Check to see if it's a local bank Check to see if there's a listed phone number Open up the phone book to see if number is listed Ask customer for Driver's license Write down license number on check Run check through scanning thing to make sure it's a valid check Explain to customer that the register is not an ATM and cannot write for an ammount higher than what is being shown on the register. But, Critic seems that is just as fast as using a credit or debit card. and I just reported you for violating the language filter. Good luck with that, sounds terrible. I woke up this morning with this incredible pain on the right side of throat which is kind of weird. I've been sucking on lozenges all day but they can only do so much, the only thing that's really helped at all were the 8-10 popsicles I've eaten but those only numb the pain for about 10 minutes. It's actually gotten progressively worse as the day has gone on with a pounding headache developing some time around noon, constant sneezing/stuffy noes around 2, a hacking flem spewing cough around 4 and now body aches to go along with chills.
