fathom
And just like that, Garland pitches like a pussy this inning by not challenging hitters with 2 outs, and gives up another three runs.
Mr. Showtime
At the very least, Ozzie said the team wasn't going anywhere in the papers this morning. So we have that going for us.
Heads22
With HAeger warming again, who starts Tuesday, Floyd or Egbert?
Chisoxrd5
Get Garland out of there...Is it Ozzies intent to overuse all of our starters to make a point of how bad our relievers are?
fathom
QUOTE(Chisoxrd5 @ Jul 22, 2007 -> 07:53 PM) Get Garland out of there...Is it Ozzies intent to overuse all of our starters to make a point of how bad our relievers are? Actually, it very well may be. The comments he made the other day about letting our starting pitchers go longer was just idiotic.
LVSoxFan
Brutal. This team is just unrecognizable to me. I watch this and think: is this really the same team, mostly, that was ours in 2005? Crazy.
Mr. Showtime
QUOTE(Heads22 @ Jul 22, 2007 -> 02:53 PM) With HAeger warming again, who starts Tuesday, Floyd or Egbert? Hopefully not Sisco or Masset. Unless it's Gio or Egbert I'm not super excited.
Chisoxrd5
QUOTE(Heads22 @ Jul 22, 2007 -> 02:53 PM) With HAeger warming again, who starts Tuesday, Floyd or Egbert? I hope its not Egbert because I hold hope that he will be a good starter, but all too often whenever we bring someone up from the minors I get horribly disappointed and devestated by reality. I hope I'm wrong and he does do well but the past 10 years of White Sox minor league pitching prospects has soured me.
fathom
Sweet, maybe we'll give up 10 runs or more again today. We get a bad offensive team, at least, in our next series.
LVSoxFan
Well here we go with The Bullpen Has Eyes,, Part Deux. Two walks already. And pools on how many runs they give up today? I say five.
Heads22
QUOTE(Mr. Showtime @ Jul 22, 2007 -> 02:57 PM) Hopefully not Sisco or Masset. Unless it's Gio or Egbert I'm not super excited. Sisco started yesterday, although I suppose Masset is also an option, but it would seem that the Haeger option is not one anymore.
winninguglyin83
we're only behind 29-6 the last three days. three touchdowns and we're in the game. and the Tigers are probably scared s***less about coming to town. they're afraid they'll get ripped if they only beat us four times. Heads22
Egbert would have to be added to the 40 though.

Brian
For some reason, I'm going to the afternoon game Tuesday and if I have to watch Floyd give up bombs, I'll be peeved. Even though I am first row behind the Sox bullpen. Maybe get a souvenier. Does Floyd have options?
