ozzie's always saying that uribe can carry a team. Has he ever done that? Is he referring to the equipment?

Ozzie also said that if someone doesnt play the game the right way, doesnt hustle that he will bench him. But that was more of a power show to Frank to show him that he was in charge. Uribe can kick the ball around, not hustle on flies, and swing for the fences like no one. And we trot him out. Hopefully we get Hu or Escobar for one of our guys and we can get rid of Profundo.

Floyd just threw a curveball that curved.

That was a much better one. Something I noticed is he doesn't come close to finishing the pitch out of the stretch. He definitely short arms it.

It's funny Mackowiak homered tonight, as this might be the weakest hitting Sox outfield in history.

I think he is hoping that his homer will make us forget his play in the outfield tonight.

He still owes us a run.

I remember this from last year, he would butcher a play in CF, that would lead to a huge inning. Then he would come up and hit a solo homer. Nice hit mack, catch the f***ing ball.

I'm not ready to give up on gavin just yet. Maybe next start.

I would rather see Gavin at 400 k doing this, and possibly learning, than Contreras dropping down and sidearming a small fortune to a similiar ERA.

As far as last year in CF, put the blame where it should go.

Now onto Mack...no excuse for the play in right tonight.
