Stats, per Baseball Cube and MILB (was 2006 all star at Kanny, btw):

2005 Kanny: 4-2, 3.71 ERA, 2 saves, 36 games (2 starts), 80 IP, 84 hits, 7 HR, 32 BB, 62 K, 4 wild pitches, 7 K/9, 1.45 WHIP

2006 at Kanny, W-S, and B-Ham combined: 4-2, 0.81 ERA, 54 games, 9 saves, 77.2 IP, 46 hits, 3 HR, 19 BB, 91 K, 3 wild pitches, 10.51 K/9, 0.81 WHIP, 0.87 GO/AO, .164 BAA

2007 B-Ham (through 7/25): 4-2, 1.95 ERA, 10 saves, 43 games, 55.1 IP, 41 hits, 4 HR, 16 BB, 54 K, 2 wild pitches, 8.78 K/9, 1.03 WHIP, 0.92 GO/AO, .210 BAA

So basically, this guy came out of freaking nowhere in 2006 to dominate at 3 different levels (his numbers were about the same at all of them), and has followed it up with a very strong 2007 so far at Birmingham, which while not as dominant, shows last year wasn't a total fluke. It's a crazy story, I mean I can't even find stats on him from before 2005. I hope he continues to progress.

Here's a link I found that may help a little

It looks like he played in the DSL prior to 2005.

Oneli spent the full season at Birmingham last year, and although he wasn't a sub 1 ERA pitcher like he was at 3 levels in 2006, he had a solid year. Oneli was 6-2 with a 2.10 ERA at Birmingham in 59 games out of the pen. He had 16 saves, while allowing 62 hits in 77 innings. He allowed only 5 home runs in 77 innings, with 20 walks, 89 k's, and a .219 average against. Impressive numbers, although he did it in pitchers heaven.

However Perez was called up to not so pitcher friendly AAA Charlotte to begin this season. Very early on, he has struggled. He has a 9 ERA in 5 games (4 innings), allowing 9 hits already with 3 walks, 5 k's, and a .429 average against. Hopefully he gets it going.
