Chopper2Hopper
QUOTE(elrockinMT @ Aug 2, 2007 -> 01:30 PM) JG gives up a 7th hit and now it 8-5. What the heck is wrong here? 2007 White Sox playing to their potential. Nothing wrong, just status quo.

elrockinMT
Rodruguez singles and it's 8-6. We might as well give up. There is no one in the pen that will hold this anyway
southsideirish71
Well notice right before the trade deadline, they were playing well. Maybe trying to keep playing here. Now that the trade deadline is over, and they know they are here for a while. Its turd time. Number one pick here we come.

Chopper2Hopper
24-23 final score anyone? Or more like 24-8 Yanks.

I wouldn't mind the 3rd or 4th pick, though.

Well MacDougal was supposedly healthy and ready to go all year, and now we hear that he was hurt and now he feels healthy. Who knows what to believe now. briguy27
If Jon is hurt, he needs to say something. It's not worth it right now. You're right. We can't have our #2 starter get a confidence-decrease. We need to get him what he needs, surgery possibly, so he'll be all ready to go in 2008- a season in which will hopefully matter. briguy27
I cant believe we were up 8-1 and are almost tied. Just unreal. It was 8-0 at one point, also. This is pitiful. It's about to be 8-8 if Posada gets a single.
Guest
walk jorge posada here. 1st base is opne. there's no reason to pitch to someone batting .343 this late in the season under those circumstances.
Guest
why? why do our pitchers pitch scared? it's disgusting.
sf_soxfan
We had our offensive spurt, i doubt we'll get any more. Certainly one of the many frustrating aspects of the team this year -- we can never keep it up once we start to hit

Kalapse
It's a shame that Boone Logan will never reach his full career potential with the White Sox. He'll just never be used properly.

Guest
i can play better than half the players on chicago's roster right now? why? because i have a warrior's mentality, not a b**** mentality like half the white sox do.
