Mallett has to throw the ball away. Had Arrington open during the scramble.

All he had to do is put some air under the ball and lead him. If he throws the perfect pass, it's likely a TD. If not, at worst it is an incompletion, as the defender was in front of the receiver. Think lob pass to a tall center in basketball.

It's just not the same offense with Mallett. Idiot needs to learn to slide!

Mallett needs to throw the ball away, he needs to hold a snap. I'd rather see a hurt Henne out there right night.

oh my god eddie mcghee

That was a huge play. Fortunately the defense held them to a FG after a brief meltdown. Glad to have you around Buehrle. For awhile I thought it was just going to be Brian and I the rest of the game. Not that that would be terrible, but the more the merrier.

Wouldn't be terrible at all, especially since if Michigan loses, I shall disappear for a few days to avoid the happiness of Krush, SNB, and gang.

There's a big turn of events. Mallet looked good earlier in the season when I saw him, but tonight, wayyyy to many frosh mistakes.

They protected Mallett early in the year with a simple game plan. This week they game plan to open it up, yet Mallett isn't the one getting the snaps preparing for it. Puts him in a tough spot.

Like I said, this game rests on the defense's shoulders.

That said, no doubt in my mind, we would be winning big with a healthy Henne tonight.
